Before real-money confirmation: a separate checker must verify the approved beneficiary, currency, net amount, original transfer reference and settled destination receipt. Maker/checker separation is not enforced by this application yet. A burn, sale, provider withdrawal or bank initiation notice alone is not a completed payout. See operating controls.
