Each request creates a new short-lived quote. If the response is lost, do not automatically retry. No payment is made by this form. Redemption quoting requires explicit operator enablement; automated broker-sale and payout processing is not yet connected.
02 / RECOVERY
Open an existing quote
Expired terms remain available as evidence. Retrieval does not renew the quote.

Exact signed envelope
The 2% markup includes the configured cost buffer and intended revenue. It is not a guarantee against market movement. Full execution, custody and mint evidence remain separate checks.
04 / Recover a dispatched purchase
Use the operator's rail dispatch hash—not a token approval or payment hash. This verifies an existing dispatch; it does not submit a wallet transaction. First verified admission can queue a broker BUY. Retrying the same quote/hash recovers the same order.
